This video came about from exploring
the animation features of Bryce 3D and due to a long love
of Star Wars and other Sci-Fi films. After building a
long library of 3D space ships for another project that
was never finished, it was decided to use them in a short
toon.
Since this was the first fully realized
3D animation that Draken Studios produced, it was more
of a test then anything.
Most of the sequences were rendered a
number of times to correct mistakes and replace problem
textures. In the end it turned out to be worth it and
is now a favorite to look back on.
